2. Ordering

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the item ordered is not available, we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

Your order will be considered accepted only upon successful payment approval and debit of the payment card, at which point the contract will be formed according to these terms.

You have the option to cancel your order as long as it's not shipped, through the link here. It's not possible to modify your order once placed; you must cancel it, and if necessary, return the original item(s), before placing a new order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in your local currency and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment for your order will be processed securely through our designated payment gateway. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to select from a range of delivery options, each with estimated delivery times and dates based on the shipping address provided.

While we strive to adhere to all delivery schedules, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as postal or carrier delays, logistical challenges, or inclement weather conditions. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays, and you should be able to track the progress of your parcel accordingly.

Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For returns from countries not listed above, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Important information

• We only accept returns delivered directly to the address above. Packages sent to a parcel shop or pickup point will not be collected.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is correctly addressed and shipped to us.
• All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment in case any issues arise during transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If, despite all circumstances, you encounter an issue with the quality of any of our products, please reach out to us at info@byreclaim.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos displaying the product and the defect.
