Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and confirmed at checkout.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

For orders to the UK, United States and Norway, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

For all other countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns from other countries

For returns from countries not listed above, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Important information

  • We only accept returns delivered directly to the address above. Packages sent to a parcel shop or pickup point will not be collected.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is correctly addressed and shipped to us.
  • All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment in case any issues arise during transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
